What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans
- Document progress and outcomes in accordance with regulations
- Collaborate with nursing and rehab teams to ensure holistic care
- Support resident communication and cognitive-linguistic needs
Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain a license in the state of California
